PA-ESF5-2020.9.14#0487.4. The Erwin-Stover Farm House. A Federal style home, the first portion built by William Irwin, son of Colonel Arthur Irwin who purchased the first land grant from William Penn in 1681. Unique for it's time built on a field stone foundation but the entire house above it constructed with red brick. The second and third wings were considered Victorian style. One of the first colonial era homes built this way in Bucks County Pennsylvania.
