  • SD-2007.9.1#200-Alaska Dall ram. Many people were unbelieving that Dall Sheep would browse on Mountain Alders and Shrub Birch for a long time. It happens only after a couple of hard freezes occur killing the toxins in the plant. Pretty good evidence of him doing that. Denali Park Alaska.

  • SD-2008.12.31#055.3. It always made me take pause and wonder how sheep like this had the accident that broke and caused the malformation of their horns. It's common in a larger group of sheep that one or two show this type of injury. There was another Ewe not far from this one that had a broken horn. This Ewe is along Turnagain Arm south or Anchorage Alaska.
