  • AZ-2020.12.21#6225.3. "The Great Conjunction" of Jupiter and Saturn. This year is the first time since the year 1226 that Jupiter and Saturn have been this close, 794 years ago. I was disappointed at first in this image but considering Jupiter is 556 million miles away from Earth and Saturn is a full Billion miles away, I guess not too bad an image. And I shot it with my conventional Nikon 200mm to 500mm lens on a D7200 body. Same equipment I use to shoot Birds and Sheep with. Viewed from Prescott Valley Arizona.
